# Refund Policy

## 1. No Refunds on Digital Goods

Due to the instant digital nature of gaming credentials, **all sales are final**. Once credentials are delivered via SellAuth's automated system, you waive your right of withdrawal or cancellation.

This complies with digital goods consumer protection laws where the consumer consents to immediate delivery.

## 2. Limited Exceptions

A refund will ONLY be issued in these situations:

## 3. How to Request a Refund (if eligible)

1. **Do not change the password** (changing it voids eligibility)

2. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery

## 4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

## 5. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for:

- "I don't like the account"

- "I found a better deal elsewhere"

- "I changed my mind"

## 6. Chargeback Warning

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates these terms. We will dispute with delivery evidence and permanently ban you from future purchases.

## 7. Policy Abuse

Customers who abuse refund requests may be blocked from future purchases.
