We sell digital gaming credentials for online multiplayer games. These are "Not Full Access" (NFA) accounts, meaning you receive only the username and password. The original email address is NOT included.

## 3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or older.

## 4. Account Usage

You agree to use purchased credentials in compliance with:
- The game publisher's Terms of Service (Ubisoft)
- All applicable laws and regulations

We are not responsible if the game publisher suspends or bans an account due to your actions.

## 5. NFA Account Disclosure

**Important:** NFA (Not Full Access) accounts do NOT include the original email. The original owner retains the ability to recover the account. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk. NFA accounts are priced accordingly.

## 6. Delivery

Credentials are delivered instantly after payment confirmation via SellAuth's automated system. Check your email and order dashboard.

## 7. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:
- File chargebacks (see Section 9)
- Resell credentials without permission
- Use credentials for illegal activity
- Abuse our replacement policy

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for account bans imposed by the game publisher
- We are not liable if the original owner recovers an NFA account
- Our total liability never exceeds the amount you paid for the specific account

## 9. Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks harm our business. If you file a chargeback:
- Your access credentials will be deactivated
- You will be permanently banned from future purchases
- We will dispute the chargeback with delivery proof
- You may be reported to fraud databases

## 10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
